Common Fengshui Mistakes (64) Please do not put pixiu in your home

Pixiu is a fearsome legendary creature in Chinese folklore. It is said to have a voracious appetite towards only gold and silver. People love to put small pixiu statues in their homes to gather wealth and ward off evil. I am one of a few internet bloggers who are firmly against this so called Fengshui “cure”.

Pixiu is extremely powerful and strong. Can mere mortals tame it? Pixiu has wings and will fly around your house. Can mere mortals catch it? Your business or career may suffer from uncertainty. My advice is to keep the pixiu in a drawer if you are not having good luck with it. Know your home’s “wealth” area and set up a nice fish tank with 9 fishes. A house should have as few Fengshui “cures” as possible.
