Common Fengshui Mistakes (35) Please do not put photographs of dead people in your bedroom

Old Photographs

Your bedroom is a place for you to rest and rejuvenate energy. Photographs of dead people signifies death, grief and sadness. This creates psychological burden on you and your loved ones. Putting photographs of your dead ancestors in your bedroom is a big Fengshui taboo. First, you are showing disrespect to your ancestors, especially if you are doing very private things in the bedroom (such as making love and undressing). Second, you may attract the spirits of your ancestors to your photographs. Third, a room with too many photographs of the dead, will bring bad luck and negative “yin” energy. The solution is to take down the photographs and put them in photo albums.
